A Woodbridge Home Gets a Custom Arched Entry — Before and After

The Problem: A 15-Year-Old Steel Door

The Kaminski family came to us with a steel entry door that had been dented, repainted twice, and was no longer sealing properly at the frame. Their Woodbridge semi-detached needed something that matched the home’s new stone facade — and ideally, something that would feel like a genuine architectural statement.

After a consultation, they chose a custom arched walnut entry with sidelights and a hand-applied oil finish. The arch was fabricated in our Vaughan workshop to match the stone surround dimensions exactly — something that would be impossible with a standard door.

The Result

Installation took one day. The transformation was immediate. Neighbours stopped to ask about the door before we’d even finished cleaning up. That’s the effect a custom entry can have — it becomes the focal point of the entire façade, and in Woodbridge’s competitive real estate market, that matters.
